Welcome back to the final instalment of our UK Festivals review blog series! September has rolled around and the temperatures are officially dropping, so let’s rewind back to when the UK festival season was in full swing. This blog will cover the highlights from a huge 20-days worth of UK festivals we had the pleasure of working with, and, of course, how our simple lost property software helped the running of their event. Plus, we’ll be hearing from some delighted customers who were reunited with their lost items.

In this edition we’ll be covering

August: Festival lost property statistics

This August, staff at the festivals we worked alongside logged almost 2,000 found items. As a result of using the NotLost system, 650 items were returned back to their rightful owners.

August has officially been our most successful month for returning items lost at festivals! NotLost has returned five times more lost items than the nation average repatriation rate. That’s kind of a big deal.
