If you lost an item at BST Hyde Park, we’ll do our best to help you find it. All lost property during the event will be kept at the Welfare Tent, which is located on site, you will need a valid ticket to collect items on event days.
If we’re unable to find your item during the event, you can fill out a lost report form below, where NotLost will handle your enquiry post event from 15th July.
Complete the form on this page with as much information as possible, including any distinguishing features that will identify you as the owner. This will connect directly with our lost property management system, NotLost, who will aim to get back to you within one working day of receiving the lost property.
Once you’ve completed the form, you will receive an email receipt and a unique reference number, please quote this if you contact NotLost directly. Some FAQ and contact information are placed below the form.

When will my enquiry be handled?
NotLost aim to handle all the enquiries submitted for the event within 1 working day of receiving the lost property at our HQ.
The transportation time of the lost property to NotLost HQ can vary. in some cases up to 5-10 working days after the event, responses from our team will follow the arrival of items. If you have submitted an enquiry, don't worry the NotLost team will get back to you.
If recovered by NotLost, how do I get my item back?
NotLost will contact you to verify your item, from there we offer free collection from our HQ and a variety of secure postage options for return.
