James, When did you join NotLost?

I joined NotLost in October 2018

What’s your favourite thing about working for a tech start up?

Solving our client problems with the use of technology is exciting and meaningful. The more we listen to the client, the faster our product can advance.

How would you describe what NotLost does to someone who has never heard of it, in a nutshell?

The quickest and most advanced lost property software on the market, we save our clients time while helping them to delight their customers through technology.

What’s been the best customer service experience you’ve had in the last 5 years?

Probably buying a new jacket in Hugo Boss. The staff were very attentive to not only me but my wife and daughter. They spent time with us and listened to my needs. It made the difference.

What’s an attraction/event you would recommend visiting on a weekend off?

I’m a member of RHS Wisley and often take my family there for long walks. It’s a beautiful place throughout the seasons but also educational for my children.

What’s the most interesting piece of lost property you’ve come across?

A Boris Bike!
